1. Free Tier

Our Free Deploy tier is free forever with auto-sleep when idle. As this is free, no refunds are applicable.

2. Paid Subscriptions

2.1 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for first-time Always-On purchases. If you're not satisfied within 3 days of your first payment, contact support for a full refund.

2.2 No Refunds After 3 Days

After the 3-day window, all subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel, your Always-On subscription remains active until the current billing cycle ends.

2.3 Exceptions

Refunds may also be considered for:

• Service outages preventing usage for extended periods
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Service not delivered as promised

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 How to Cancel

Cancel anytime through your account settings or email [email protected].

3.2 Effect of Cancellation

• Subscription remains active until billing cycle ends
• Access to paid features retained until paid period ends
• Account downgrades to Free Tier after paid period
• No refund for remaining days in billing cycle

4. Changing Container Size

To change your container size (e.g., Small to Medium), cancel your current Always-On subscription and start a new one on the desired size. The new subscription takes effect immediately.

• Cancel current Always-On — remains active until billing cycle ends
• Deploy a new container with the desired size
• Subscribe to Always-On on the new container
• No prorated credits or refunds for the cancelled subscription
